Milk please, x3
Nothing is as cute as babies in baby product advertisements. Their cute, chubby faces proclaim “I love life and I’m thriving, don’t you want to snuggle me?!”
We are pleased to have some of these in our infant milk program too, like Otilia.
Otiria was born a month premature, to mom so sick we didn’t expect her to live. They lived in a mud hut with the granny and had very little food to eat. The granny sold some of their precious and scarce corn to pay transport fare to bring Otilia to receive help at the mission’s health post. We are so glad she did and that we can now help not only this beautiful baby girl, but the mom and granny too!
Recently, we received a request for help from this couple who had triplets. Moms who have twins in this context expect to lose one…imagine how much more vulnerable triplets are! The mom has tried to cope for 2 months but is concerned she does not have enough milk.
One little one weighing in at just over 4 lb (2 kg).
We are so grateful to be in a position to help this family and invest in these precious little lives.
If you would like to donate toward the purchase of milk for these little ones, please follow the link below and select “Mozambique Infant Milk Program”. Thank you! Tatenda!
