Leadership Training

Communities trapped in the grip of poverty with few services and poor education need someone who can help them find the way out.

Men and women who see the desperate needs of their people and are prepared to do something about it are the key to helping people find the way out.

We call these people leaders, and with the right training, mentoring and encouragement these leaders can courageously face the overwhelming challenges and mobilize motivate and move people toward the changes needed to bring hope to these communities.

SAM Ministries has developed an integrated training program to empower these leaders with both the knowledge of God’s Word and servant leadership attitudes, habits and skills. While the primary focus is on equipping church leaders, we also have community leaders along with leaders in education and health enrolled in our program.

Around a thousand leaders are presently being trained in our program and some of our graduates are now key leaders in their denominations and communities bringing critical help to both the spiritual and social needs of their people.

There are few things in life that are more important than standing along-side these men and women, so their people have a chance!

You can give toward leadership training, or help sponsor a leader’s studies, by giving a one time gift to Leadership Training or designating a monthly donation (see below for details). $65 will help a leader study for a year.
