Aviation Ministry

Aviation Ministry

Since the aircraft’s arrival in 1996, it has saved hundreds of hours of hard road travel safely enabling us to reach places and develop our work in ways that would have been impossible without it.

SAM Ministries operates a Cessna 182 in Mozambique to both serve our people and our work. This ministry was launched when Bob Guzak, a friend and partner of the mission, courageously took it on himself to fundraise and fly the mission aircraft 95 hours across ocean and harsh terrain from Canada to Southern Africa.

An airstrip is under construction on the SAM Ministries mission base in Mozambique and we have teamed up with Mercy Air to install a hangar as well as to further develop the work of this important ministry.
