Moz School Child Sponsorship

We operate a primary school, two preschools, and a school clinic in rural Mozambique.  We also provide support for students continuing studies beyond the primary level.

For $30 per month, you can sponsor a child. Sponsorship covers a child’s school fees, a daily lunch meal, attendance to basic health needs, and school supplies.

As a sponsor, you will receive a picture of your child and are encouraged to pray for him/her. Updates are sent out each year along with an item written or drawn and colored by your child.

More About the School

Open

Our primary school in Mozambique offers preschool through to Grade 5. Through sponsorship, we are able to continue to assist students who wish to study higher grades at schools in larger communities.  In this way, we are able to provide them with an opportunity they otherwise simply would not have. We also emphasize to our students the importance of choosing a vocation and we help them through the process of receiving this training.

We are blessed through the participation of many to offer nutritional support to all our students. Through the school’s feeding program, we provide a balanced meal each day to every child. Some notable benefits of the feeding program are the following:

  • Better overall health for the children.
  • Getting children to come to school, and keeping them there.
  • Providing them a practical and tasty example of balanced nutrition.

Funds for our feeding program are generated through  gifts from individuals and through the annual Global Care-A-Thon.
